The heat of lover's sex still glints in coals of song by the Bard of Bat Yam, Poet Laureate of Zion

With taste of foundry sparks in singer’s ice
In flowing molten word of mouth’s express
The tears of fire’s life that burn the heart
In wash of smoke that closes day’s relent

For how your lines have seared a home in me
As sun will flame the clouds that bare her stars
As waves will dance to swallow simmered moon
As earth erupts to raise delighted rose

With every laugh that smolders soul’s despair
With every breath that warms its whispered ear
With muse’s flickered gasp that darkness lights
A blaze of verse with flash of lyrics flare

Though poet’s night may not inferno hold
The heat of lover's sex  still glints in coals of song
